Project overview

AutoNinja came to Inity with a service before it had a face. The company builds custom AI agents – lead response, follow-up, onboarding, reporting, support – for growing businesses losing money to manual admin work. The problem: a company that sells automation can't launch behind a slow, generic build. It has to look, load, and function like the thing it's selling, from day one.

There was no existing brand, no site, and no live proof that the product worked. Inity's brief covered all three at once: a brand identity worth trusting, a website that could explain a technical product simply and convert visitors into booked calls, and a working AI agent, not a mockup, live on the site before AutoNinja's first sales conversation.

The timeline was roughly two weeks, run by a two-person Inity team handling design, development, and automation in parallel rather than handing the project between specialists in sequence.

The result: a fully branded, live website with a working Lead Response Agent, a year of domain and hosting infrastructure, and a 30-post content runway – 38 deliverables shipped on schedule, 100% complete.

Challenges

Selling Automation Without a Working Product

AutoNinja's entire pitch rests on proof, not promises: agents that respond to leads in under 60 seconds, agents that never let a lead go cold. A homepage full of claims with no live product behind them would have undercut the sale before it started. The Lead Response Agent had to be production-ready, not a demo video, not a mockup, before the site could credibly ask anyone to book a call.

A Technical Product, a Non-Technical Buyer

AutoNinja's buyers are business owners and operators, not developers. The site had to explain concepts like agent routing, follow-up sequencing, and CRM integration in language a non-technical founder could act on in under a minute of reading, without flattening the product into vague marketing speak that technical buyers would see through.

Brand, Site, and Product Shipping as One Launch

There was no phased rollout. Brand identity, website, lead infrastructure, and the first live agent all had to go live together, because a partial launch — a branded site with no working product, or a working agent with no site to show it on – would have sent the wrong signal to AutoNinja's first prospects.

A Brand Built to Read as "Built by People Who Automate for a Living"

Inity developed AutoNinja's visual identity and brand messaging first, establishing a consistent voice and look across the logo, social kit, and every page of the site. The goal wasn't decoration; it was credibility. Every visual decision had to reinforce the same claim the product made: this company moves fast and builds things that work.

A Website Structured Around One Conversion Path

The site was built as an 8–9 section landing page plus supporting pages, structured to walk a sceptical, non-technical visitor from problem ("the hidden cost of manual work") to proof (the live agent catalogue, concrete time-saved numbers) to action, a single embedded lead capture form wired to Cal.com for instant booking. Every section funnels toward one outcome: a booked call.

A Live Agent, Not a Placeholder

Rather than describing what a Lead Response Agent does, Inity built one and shipped it live. It's the same agent AutoNinja now demos to its own prospects: real qualification logic, real routing, real response speed. Alongside it, Inity produced Loom video explainers covering all eleven agents in AutoNinja's planned catalogue, giving the sales process a library of proof to point to even before every agent was built.
